ORDER PLACEMENT AND ORDER FULFILLMENT

When will I receive my order?
The orders are shipped 2 days after order date by Royal Mail 24, so you should receive your orders in 3-4 business days after placing your order. Please refer to Royal Mail terms and conditions regarding your address.

When will my order be ready to be picked up?
The order are usualy ready in 2 business days. You will receive an e-mail letting you know your order is ready to be picked up.

 

How will my order be packed for shipping?

Breads and buns are vacuum sealed for freshness.

Can I order something that is not in the shop?
Yes, we can make custom orders like cakes or custom decorations on cookies. Please contact us on: shop@greenmousebakery.co.uk

We do not issue refunds unless the order devilered is not correct and you don't want it replaced.
